What causes this issue?

One of the following keys is quoted by the system as the reason for the
inconsistency:
TIMEFRAME
The time characteristics are inconsistent.
PERIOD_TYPE
The characteristic <LS>Action Phase</> (0PERIOD_TYP) only exists in one
of the profiles.
STRUCTURE
In the planning level for which the profile for the distribution has
been created, the user-characteristics do not contain all the
characteristics that are entered as targets in the distribution rule in
CRM.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Adjust either the profile for plan data entry or the profile for the
distribution accordingly.
