What causes this issue?

The planning level for which this planning layout is defined contains
several time characteristics that cannot be derived from each other. A
typical example would be calendar week and business period.

System Response

The planning layout cannot be executed.

How to fix this error?

Change the planning level (or the planning layout) so that it only
contains time characteristics that can be derived from each other.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
