How To Fix UPS1042 - Attributes for subplan &1 planning session &2 are not maintained

What causes this issue?

You attempted to execute a Customizing function in the Status and
Tracking System. However, no attribute settings (or incomplete ones)
are available for the combination currently set up of planning session
and subplan, which the further Customizing partly depends on.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First make the necessary attribute settings. To do this choose the
option <ZH>Determine Attributes for Planning Session</> and then
<ZH>Execute</>. Afterwards repeat the desired Customizing setting.
