What causes this issue?

A background job is scheduled for generating the IDoc for a
distribution package or for posting the IDoc. The name of the job is
&V1& and the job ID number is &V2&.

The job is executed according to its start requirements.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, check the status of the background job (TCode SM37).
