What causes this issue?

In the selection (planning level or planning package), you have defined
a part of hierarchy '&V1&' with the nodes '&V2&'. This subhierarchy
contains chargeable nodes and also text nodes or nodes on anther
characteristic than the hierarchy-bearing characteristic. Furthermore,
this subhierarchy is also displayed in the planning layout.
If in manual planung a subhierarchy with postable nodes is used, then
postable nodes are ready for input (with the exception of root nodes);
manual planning then switches to a special processing mode. The other
node types (text nodes, nodes on another characteristic) are not
allowed in this mode, because they are never ready for input. The
current set up subhierarchies contain such unallowed nodes

How to fix this error?

If you use a subhierarchy with postable nodes, then with exception of
the root node the selected subhierarchy of every node which has lower-
level elements, must be postable. This condition is then filled when
the entire hierarchy only contains postable nodes.
