Message text: Too many lead columns in planning layout, see long text
The current planning layout contains &V1& lead columns. In manual
planning, the entry screen can then possibly not be formed when the
layout contains a two-figure number of lead columns and in addition
lots of transaction data was selected.
The admissible upper limit for the complexity of lead columns is
calculated as follows:
The entry screen can only be formed when the product from the number of
characteristic values per lead column (including the values for totals
or hierarchy nodes) is smaller than the figure 1E+31 -1.
Depending on which settings are valid for the selection conditions and
the header characteristics of the layout, the system reacts in one of
the following ways:
If only one single characteristic value combination exists for the
characteristics in the header area, then the layout cannot be opened.
If several characteristic value combinations exist, then scrolling to
such combinations, which do not meet the condition named above, is not
possible.
Reduce the number of lead columns in the planning layout to a figure
that is appropriate for manual entry. If you want to update other
characteristics, use the characteristic deviation.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
