Since rows/columns with single values are not ready for input when
using dynamic characteristics in the appropriate area, you cannot plan
in the present layout.
Create a dynamic row/column, or delete the selection of the dynamic
characteristic on the first screen of the Layout Builder.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
