What causes this issue?

You are in the tab page for lead column settings.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You must make settings for the lead colummns as well as for the data
columns (or check the settings). For the entries in the header area,
you must make no settings, that is why this screen was skipped. Check
these settings nevertheless.
