The environment (planning area or level) of layout &V1& (&V2&) has
changed. The layout can no longer be copied in this form, or used for
planning.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Call up the layout in change mode and make the necessary adjustments.
