What causes this issue?

Migration runs exist for selected Delivery Networks with different start
dates. You can create a migration run only for Delivery Networks that
have already been migrated or that are planned to be migrated together.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
