How to fix this error?

This error can have various causes. Check whether one of the following
descriptions applies to the current situation, and carry out the
suggested tasks:
<ZH>Function name written incorrectly</>: You have entered the name of
the desired function incorrectly.
<ZH>Solution</>: Check your entry and correct the spelling of the
function name.
<ZH>Incomplete transport</>: The planning function exists in another
client or in another system, but was not transported into the current
client or the current system.
<ZH>Solution</>: Transfer the missing function with a subsequent
transport from the source client or system.
<ZH>Incomplete copy</>: The planning function is called up within a
planning sequence, which was created by copying a planning area or a
planning level, without copying the planning function &V1& which is
used by it.
<ZH>Solution</>: Transfer the missing function, by copying it in the
context of the planning level in which it was created, and inserting it
into the context of the current planning level.
If none of the described situations apply, then inform your system
administrator.
