as this does not contain any packages), the first lower-level planning
layout is started directly in the execution mode of the planning
environment. However, no layouts are available under planning level
&V1&.
Create a planning layout under level &V1& or add a layout to the
planning profile you have just set.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
