What causes this issue?

You have entered selection conditions for characteristic &V1&. But the
characteristic is not contained in the planning level belonging to it.
However, a planning package can only contain the characteristics which
are contained in the planning level belonging to it.

How to fix this error?

Do not enter a selection in the package for characteristic &V1&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
