What causes this issue?

You have attempted to execute an action with planning profile '&V2&',
for which you require an authorization of type'&V1&'. However, you do
not have this authorization.
The problem can arise in the profile maintenance or already at the
start of the planning environment, when your default planning profile
is set. If it is established here that you have no authorization for
the profile (or the profile is no longer available), then the system
tries to set the standard profile (all objects). If you also have no
authorization for this profile, the transaction is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Depending on in which situation the problem occurred, choose one of the
following procedures:
If you are in profile maintenance and want to work with profile '&V2&',
you must first get the necessary authorization.
If you have tried to start the planning environment, there is the
following solution:
Get the authorization for profile '&V2&'.
Get the authorization for the standard profile.
Change your default profile in a profile, for which you have the
necessary authorization. That can either take place in profile
maintenance or in the system administration.
If you have no authorization to execute the solution procedure
described above, then contact your system administrator.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
