What causes this issue?

Selection conditions for characteristic &V1& (&V2&) are stored in the
planning package. However, the characteristic does not exist in the
connected planning level.

System Response

The selection conditions for the characteristic are deleted from the
planning package.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
