the database table &v1&. The possible causes for this are:
Objects already exist in the database with the same key. As a result of
this the import was terminated to avoid overwriting and data loss.
A database error occurred.
The planning application was not imported.
Eliminate the possible causes and then start the import again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
