What causes this issue?

In the key figure scheme, you defined a step as an absolute value.
However, you have not entered from which planning level the necessary
reference values should be read.

System Response

You can only continue processing when you have made the necessary
entries.

How to fix this error?

In the column <ZH>Reference</>, enter the planning level from which the
reference values should be read.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
