Message text: Select a risk on the left, and a risk activity on the right
The system cannot make a unique assignment because it cannot tell
either which risk-reducing activity you want to assign to a risk, or to
which risk you want to a assign a risk-reducing activity.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
On the left of the screen, select a risk to which you want to assign a
risk-reducing activity.
On the right of the screen, select a risk-reducing activity for
assignment.
Choose the <LS>Assign Risk-Reducing Activity</> symbol.
You can also assign a risk-reducing activity to a risk using Drag
&Drop.

Check for Filters:
- If you do not see any risks or activities, ensure that there are no filters applied that might be hiding the available options. Clear any filters if necessary.
User Permissions:
- Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view and select risks and activities. If you suspect permission issues, contact your system administrator.
Refresh the Interface:
- Sometimes, refreshing the page or logging out and back in can resolve temporary glitches in the interface.
