What causes this issue?

Because of the multiple use of the objects of a Management Cockpit, the
transaction cannot be started by more than one user at any one time.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Call up the transaction at a later point in time, or contact the
processor "&V1".
