What causes this issue?

Provider measures you copied into one of your measure catalogs and
activated in the process will automatically be related to the activated
version measure. In addition, the provider measure is assigned to
itself on the tab page <NP>Provider Measures</>. You are trying to
delete this self-assignment but the assignment cannot be deleted.

System Response

The delete process is terminated.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
