What causes this issue?

You have attempted to assign an industry to the measure. However, the
measure was defined as non industry-specific.

How to fix this error?

Change the definition of the measure on the tab <ZH>Attributes
</> to "industry-specific". Then you can assign industries to the
measure.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
