    because there are no active code pages in the SPUMG Language List.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    This symptom must in general not occur. It seems that the SPUMG Language
    List has been modified manually. Clarify if such a change was done.
    If so revert the modification.
    If not it is not recommended to proceed with the IUUC procedure. The
    reason for non existing active code page has to be clarified first.
