What causes this issue?

You tried to release the table splitting for a table. This is not
possible because there is no information available in the "Export
Control Table" for this table. This situation can occur if you have
uploaded conditions from a local file (.scd) for a table for which the
"Consistency Check" has not been executed yet.

System Response

The table splitting is not released for the affected table.

How to fix this error?

Execute the Consistency Check for all tables first. Then release the
table splitting.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
