What causes this issue?

A user is currently updating the split conditions used for the table
splitting in transaction SPUMG. Therefore it is currently not possible
to schedule worker jobs or
to reset tables in the worklists of SPUMG

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please wait until the changes on the split conditions are finished.
