What causes this issue?

The initialization of the SPUMG Language List failed because no active
languages have been found in table TCP0I(I18n system configuration
table).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The initialization of the SPUMG Language List is based on the I18n
system configuration done by report RSCPINST. Please execute RSCPINST
and check whether the system is configured correctly. Make sure that all
languages used in the system are entered in table TCP0I correctly.
