What causes this issue?

No default BW system has been configured for SEM-CPM.

System Response

Measure Builder cannot be started without a default BW system because
the Measure Builder exclusively accesses data from the default BW
system.

How to fix this error?

Select <LS>New entries</> to start Customizing.
