What causes this issue?

If you assign the target value from the target period as a value field
to one of the operands in the form template, the system can no longer
calculate the exact <DS:GLOS.63CE6E005C0ED511BCBE0800060D9C68>score</>
and <DS:GLOS.A1C4BDCA700ED511BCBE0800060D9C68>status</> because this
setting makes the score dependent on the target period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign another value field or constant to the operand.
