What causes this issue?

The value that you entered in the <LS>start</> field lies before, or is
the same as, the start date of the time interval that you are
processing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Define a value for the <LS>start</> field that is after the start date
of the current time interval.
