Restore Appset with new name &v1& by using original techincal name is
not possible. Source Appset and target Appset cannot share objects with
same technical name.

Restore Appset &v1& is not possible.

How to fix this error?

If you want to restore with same technical name, please delete source
Appset &v2& first, and restore with the same name.
If you want to restore with new Appset, please do NOT select 'Use Tech
Names from Backup Files'.
