What causes this issue?

The program Data Modeler has identified a situation which should not
have arisen. To avoid further damage, the Data Modeler deliberately
terminates the program.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Print the termination message. In addition, note which actions and
input led to the error. Refer to your SAP administrator to have the
problem treated further.
