What causes this issue?

Along with the data basis and the taxonomy, an entry schema must also be
selected in the general settings for the report category. This
determines which elements are available in the detail settings for the
report category, and also determines which instance documents are
generated from these elements.
In the current case, <ZH>no</> entry schema has been assigned.

System Response

The report category <ZH>cannot</> be used or saved.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
