What causes this issue?

To determine the customer objects of a system, first the table TADIR is
read completely. If a select count(*) and a read of complete TADIR has
different results, an error is displayed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the two numbers are different, inform SAP Support.
