What causes this issue?

There are no explicit attributes or no attribute types were maintained
for the attributes transferred from the ABAP/4 Dictionary. Therefore it
is not necessary to delete the attributes.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to delete the attributes transferred from the ABAP/4
Dictionary, you can delete the allocation of the table or view to the
entity types.
