What causes this issue?

The database list is started with parameters that are contained in the
URL. These parameters specify either the data stream type (for all data
streams of the <DS:GLOS.3C14A7065A82D511B1250008C784EFB1>data basis</>)
or the data stream (for data streams at
<DS:GLOS.77F1BB51B62DD14CA9C4D380E11B1C9F>source data bases</>). The
current call contains neither of these parameters.

System Response

The database list will not be started.

How to fix this error?

Change the URL so that it contains either the data stream type or the
data stream.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
