What causes this issue?

The log assignment for task &V1& is inconsistent: Logs have already been
assigned to the task on the basis of the period category. However, the
logs come from different period category groups. This is an
inconsistency because all logs at a given point in time must belong to
only one period category group.
&NOTE&
This kind of inconsistency always occurs when you assign logs to the
task for, say, date A (for example, 012/2002) and then, <ZK>afterwards
,</> you assign logs to the task for an <ZK>earlier </>date B (for
example, 012/2001). And you use different period category groups for the
two dates A and B.

System Response

All logs that do not belong to period category group '&V2&' will be
deleted.

How to fix this error?

The following options are available for correcting the inconsistency:
Delete the log assignment and reassign logs with the desired period
category group.
On the other hand, if period category group '&V2&' is indeed the correct
period category group for this date, you can confirm the log assignments
right away by saving.
In the future, you can avoid inconsistencies between log assignments
made at different times, you should always make the earlier log
assignments first, and then the later assignments.
