What causes this issue?

The name "&V1&" for a task (or task group) is used in your system more
than once in the task hierarchy. This is invalid.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the workbench, check the definition of the task hierarchy and change
it. Remove duplicate names of tasks or task groups from the hierarchy.
Each task or task group may be used only once in the task hierarchy.
