What causes this issue?

You are displaying the status details in the hierarchy column. In this
case, the status is always displayed as text, even if chose <LS>Display
Status Symbols</> in the status display <LS>Settings</>. Furthermore,
the <LS>Name</> column is always hidden because it has no information
when using this type of display.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to see symbols for the status display, you need to choose a
different type of display for the hierarchy column.
