What causes this issue?

You want to execute the task (or task group) &V1& in a new Web Dynpro
monitor window. Only automatic tasks can be run in a new window. The
data collection and manual posting tasks, in particular, cannot be
executed in a new window. The same applies to task groups, as well.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Execute the task (or task group) &V1& directly in the Web Dynpro
monitor.
