What causes this issue?

You want to execute the task in a new Web Dynpro monitor window.
However, execution in a new window is only possible for the following
execution modes: <ZH>update mode</>, <ZH>update without locking</>,
<ZH>test run</>, <ZH>test run with original list</>, <ZH>selection
screen</>, and <ZH>last log</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To run the task in a new window, choose one of the execution modes
listed above.
