What causes this issue?

Document type &V1& is not assigned to any task.
Note:
Documents have been posted with document type &V1&. It is possible that
the associated task has been deleted from the task hierarchy.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Do not delete tasks that have already posted documents.
