What causes this issue?

The parameter combination that was used for task &V1& has no valid
values for &V2&.
Possible causes are:
No valid combinations have been defined for &V2&. (A combination of
consolidation groups is valid if at least one valid combination of
consolidation units has been assigned to the combination of
consolidation groups.)
The values for &V2& are not assigned in the current hierarchies.

Task cannot be executed

How to fix this error?

Do one of the following:
Change the combination of parameters for the task.
Define the valid combinations.
Define the hierarchies of consolidation units and consolidation groups.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
