What causes this issue?

The generation of an instances document requires the allocation of the
items in the <DS:GLOS.9814A7065A82D511B1250008C784EFB1>consolidation
chart of accounts</> to the elements of the taxonomy. No allocation has
been made for taxonomy &V1& with the chart of accounts in
<DS:GLOS.D5692F24DA2CD511BCBF0800060D9C68>consolidation area</> &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
