What causes this issue?

You are only allowed to use validation methods with the <ZK>totals
records</> data stream type when assigning validation methods to version
combinations.
You assigned validation method &V2& to version combination &V1&. However
, validation method &V2& does not have the <ZK>totals records</> data
stream type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
