What causes this issue?

You are maintaining an explicit distribution key with percentages whose
sum must equal 100%. However, the sum of the percentages you entered
does not equal 100%.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the percentages so that their sum is exactly 100%.
