What causes this issue?

You are generating the virtual InfoProvider for data stream &V2& in data
basis &V1&. Up to now, no virtual InfoProvider has been specified.
Therefore, it would be necessary to create a new virtual InfoProvider.
However, in the current context it is only possible to regenerate the
virtual InfoProviders that have already been specified.

System Response

The virtual InfoProvider for data stream &V2& will not be generated.

How to fix this error?

If you need to generate the virtual InfoProvider, you must either run
the generation in a context that permits the creation of new virtual
InfoProviders (for example, by maintaining the data basis in change
mode), or you must make sure that the name of the virtual InfoProvider
has already been specified (for example, by looking at the Customizing
transport).
