What causes this issue?

In <DS:GLOS.3C14A7065A82D511B1250008C784EFB1>data basis</> &V1& you now
want to use &V3& as the InfoCube for totals records (instead of the
previous one &V4&). However, this InfoCube is currently not reachable
over RFC destination &V2& and, thus, the system cannot determine which
characteristics and key figures are contained in the InfoCube.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that you really want to change to another InfoCube.
If this is the case, make sure that the RFC connection works; then
attempt to make the assignment again.
