What causes this issue?

You selected an entry in the list and chose the <LS>Set Excerpt</>
function. But the selected entry does not have any further details that
can be displayed within the set excerpt.

System Response

The excerpt is not set.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different entry from the list. You may be able to get the
results you are looking for by selecting the entry that is directly
above the entry you selected in the hierarchy.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
