What causes this issue?

You have selected characteristic "&SYST-MSGV3&" for fast entry and for
entry in the detail screen for component "
&SYST-MSGV1&" in step "&SYST-MSGV2&". But the characteristic can only be
entered once.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove characteristic "&SYST-MSGV3&" from the step's detail screen or
from fast entry.
