What causes this issue?

The value in the cell is simultaneously displayed in another cell. You
changed the value in both cells at the same time, however only one
change can be made.

The entry in this cell will not be accepted.

How to fix this error?

Check if the desired value was accepted. If it wasn't, change the value
again, but only enter the value in one of the cells.
