What causes this issue?

A characteristic was included in the structure, but no values are
entered for it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a single value or a range for all characteristics.
If you want to select all values for a characteristic, then choose the
option "Ranges" and do not enter any ranges.
